Built on the tail end of the Art Deco era, during World War II, by Oscar Anderson and Edward Coffey. Flat roof, sleek, linear appearance. Its original wood detaining and brass fittings are still throughout the building today. Neither the use of the building nor the overall physical appearance has changed over the years.

The Central Building has two standard size offices that can be combined to create the perfect space for your business. Our small offices on the West Side of the building are 186 sf each.
